Program name is Chatter. It is for entertainment. It allows users to listen to fresh content uploaded by other users.
The left bot will ask the questions and the right bot will answer. Computer voice is used, Content is gathered from a PHP to XML link and our database.

Starts with title screen. User clicks on "Play" to start.

: It is sunny today.
This will be the next screen to show. Chatter will download 300 questions and answers at a time.
Starts off by saying the time of day.
Talking heads will show. Their mouths will move when they start talking.
The lower box will show the text of what each bot is saying.
There will be a "Mute" button on the bottom left that controls the Spoken audio.
There will be a "Set" button on the bottom right that controls the setting screen shown below.
There will be a status field that shows what number question is on and how many users are online.

: The tallest mountain is in China.

If the user presses "SET" above then they will get this screen. This screen allows users to input their own Questions and answers.
Once both fields are filled out then the upload button "Send Intel" will show.
User will press "Send Intel" to send the data to the internet.
Both fields will then go blank and "Send Intel" button will disappear.
Seconds between talking will control the wait time between each question being read. This setting will write to memory so the next time the App is started the talking will be the same.
Back button will exit screen and go back to the talking bots.
