A connection to the internet and speakers are needed. Listen, have fun, and learn something new. Content may be explicit at times. This App will allow you to listen to what others are saying around the world. Why not communicate your message to the world. Chatter was created for the main purpose of fun. It is a little bit of a learning tool also. Most things that are said are completely useless to the listener, but are what makes Chatter fun to listen to. Chatter is easy to use. All you need to do is download it and turn up your speakers. Sit back and listen to what others are talking about. You can also publish your own questions and comments to share with the world. It is mostly anonymous and very addictive. You may not even notice time passing by when you use Chatter.

Help us make Chatter smarter. If you don't like some things that Chatter says, please use this page (Judge Q&A) to review questions and answers that you don't like. If you don't like what you see or hear just click on delete and that question or answer will be deleted forever unless someone types it in again. Please also delete answers that are wrong and do not make any sense.

Click Mute to turn the sound off. Click listen to turn the sound back on.

The Q shows what question they are on.

The U shows how many users and how many total entries are on file.

Click on SET to go to the next screen below.
