How do I take a picture or movie?	Use a digital camera or download one from the internet.
Do you have a store in California?	No. We're a small company with one location. Our shop is located in Nashville, TN.
Do you offer price breaks for multiple frames?	If you order 3 or more digital frames you can get a $20 instant credit per frame. You must call in the order and ask for the "Multi Frame discount." - excludes resellers.
Who else makes large digital picture frames in the USA?	Nobody. If you find a better manufacturer or supplier please let us know. Bigeframe will make every effort to offer you the best price and service.
Do your frames come with stands?	No, unless we are running a special. If you need a simple table stand you may want to order our metal feet. Most of our frames will sit flat on a table by themselves. we do include rubber bumpers that you can apply to the bottom of the smaller frames.
Who makes bigeframe models?	We do from our shop in Nashville, TN. The parts we use are always new and come from different parts of the country. The main displays used are ASUS, Westinghouse, and Acer. We do reserve the right to change vendors and models at any time. This will insure continued low prices.
How long have you been in business?	Bigeframe was started in 2002. Business was slow at first but has slowly grown better. The first year we sold 16 large digital picture frames. In 2011 we sold over 900 frames. Our main customers are from business and educational institutions.
Do your frames have speakers?	Yes, unless otherwise noted.
Do you have a WiFi frame?	Yes, The Apple TV motherboard is used inside. Go here to find out what Apple TV can do. It is the greatest tool for presentations. You can stream content from an iPhone, Android phone or tablet to our WiFi digital picture frame. Teachers and Law firms are buying from us for this very reason.
Can I play pictures and video?	Yes, our digital frames are capable of playing images and video. They can play and repeat content or play content only once. You can also pause content if you need it to show for long periods.
Do your frames come with USB drives?	No unless otherwise noted. You can purchase recommended USB drives here: Accessories page.
Do you have a battery powered frame?	Yes. It is our newest model. 32 inch screen size only. Great for trade shows and conventions. Teachers love them for classroom presentations. Battery lasts 3 hours on a single charge.
Do you rent frames?	Yes we can rent frames. It does require a full deposit for the cost of the frame. Rent is $75 per day with a minimum of 3 days. Shipping to and from location is not refunded.
Can I auto start my pics or videos?	Yes it is easy to do this. The instructions will show you how.
I want my frame to look more traditional.	Not a problem. We sell wooden picture frame overlays for all our models here: Accessories page.
How thick are the frames?	All the models are under 2 inches from back to front. The 32 inch rechargeable frame is 5 inches because of the handles in the back which can be taken off if needed.
What is the life span of the frame?	The backlights including the 32 inch LED models are rated at 50,000 hours.
Can I hide the USB memory stick?	You will need to order the HD model with the internal memory option. Download media to the internal memory. WiFi models do not use USB.
Do you sell smaller or larger frames?	The 22 inch screen size is our smallest and the 32 inch digital frame is now our largest. If you need smaller digital frames please visit our affiliate partner. [Click here for smaller digital frames]
What color frames do you have?	Gloss black is our only metal color. If you need a different color you may want to purchase a wooden picture frame overlay. Can you make a custom enclosure?	No. You may want to hire a contractor in your area and give them your project details. Go to our video page for the dimensions of our digital frames.
Is there a warranty?	Yes, a standard 1 year warranty is included on our basic frames with an option to upgrade for a total 3 Year Limited Warranty. The LCD's we use are new During the warranty period you pay only the cost of shipping during any parts failure. We cover parts and labor. After warranty repair is available for a fee, plus parts, labor, and shipping charges. You can view our standard warranty here. [warranty PDF] .

Can you modify your frames?	Yes, we can make minor changes. Please call with your request and we'll let you know. some requests include longer power cords and extra hanging clips for security. Visit the Accessories page for some ideas.
Is PowerPoint supported?	Our digital frames will not run PowerPoint directly. You will need to create separate images or a video of your presentation. If your PowerPoint presentation is made of slides only, you can use PowerPoint to export the slides into .jpg images. Put the images onto a USB then into the digital picture frame. If your PowerPoint presentation contains animations and other timed effects, then you can preserve the presentation by changing it into a video. This third party program can do it (Click Here!). Once you have the video saved as an Mpeg4 then you can play it on our frames.
What type of memory card is recommended?	No memory cards are supported with our WiFi frames. HD models will work with USB flash drives. If you need your HD frame to work with a memory card please call in your order. Kingston or PNY is recommended.
Are the frames easy to hang on the wall?	Yes, Each frame will come with a flat wall hanging bracket mount and drywall screws. Instructions are included.
