Questions

What to look for?
When looking for a digital frame, you want to ask yourself a few questions. What am I going to use the frame for? What size screen do I need? Do I want to show only images? Am I going to ever show video or sound? Other things to keep in mind: How far does the frame sit off the wall? Does it come with a warranty?

All Bigeframe models play slideshow images as well as video and sound. Our standard metal LCD frames come in three screen sizes. 19 inch, 20 and 22 inch. Our Standard digital photo frames are now only 1.8 inches from back to front. They are the thinnest you can find. You also want the frame to have good viewing angles, show a bright picture, and be light weight. Our frames are the best in the industry in all these categories.

How Bigeframe works?
No extra parts to confuse you. Just what you need to show off your best pictures. This allows the unit to turn on quickly unlike most computers where you have to wait longer periods. A standard Bigeframe™ starts up and begins showing pictures in under 10 seconds. The image quality is great. It is like looking at a new LCD TV monitor. Up close things may seem a little blurred but as you step back, your images will look great. The units are built for images and video. Images with text also looks good and is readable. Small image sizes load up quickly, while larger images may take a little more time. All frames come ready to work out of the box. Hang the frame up and plug it in. All 3 models can also play mp3 sound files. You can even play a background sound file while your slide show is running.

Do you have the right stuff?
Make sure your using .jpg digital pictures. If they are not, you may have to edit and save them again using a Windows PC before the frame can work. Also, you may need a USB memory reader to transfer your pictures onto a compatible memory card if you are using another type of card like XD, or Memory Stick Pro. Our digital frames are designed to work with Compact Flash and Secure Digital only.

Can you modify your frames?
Yes, we can make minor changes. Please call with your request and we'll let you know.

Can you make a custom enclosure?

Is there a warranty?
Yes, a standard 90 day warranty is included with an option to upgrade to a 3 Year Limited Warranty. The LCD's used have a 40,000+ hour backlight usage rating. That is over 3 to 4 years of daily use. During the warranty period you pay only the cost of shipping during any parts failure. You can view our standard warranty here. [ warranty ]

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, If you are not satisfied with your frame for any reason you may return it for a refund or exchange. This offer is only valid if the unit is returned in perfect like new condition and post marked within 1 day of the delivery date. All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee after this period. Shipping costs will not be refunded. No returns accepted after 15 days of receipt of product. Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for a return check to be sent.

What is the difference between a standard screen and your widescreen?
On our widescreen your images will appear stretched. The advantage of this screen is that it is larger than the others. This makes it more useful for digital signage. not so great for family photos. Your images will look fatter than normal. The fix for this is to reduce the original image width by about 20%. The widescreen then will stretch it to normal when displayed. How does the 19 inch screen compare to a standard 8x10 photo?
Our screens are much larger than the 8x10 photo. Look at the graphic below to illustrate.
