Make a good first impression while you save money and space with our rentals. Once your done using our frames just send them back and get on with your business. If you're in need of a great way to show off your idea then you've found the right place. We can rent the frames as well as the accessories shown below if you need them.

Price list for rentals

We make every effort to offer the lowest prices possible. Help us keep them low by taking care of your equipment. Our company is small and will try to accommodate large rental requirements. Please give us advance notice of your rental needs and do not call at the last minute. The early bird usually gets the worm.

Shipping is $39 for each frame, floor stand, and or battery. otherwise shipping accounts are preferred. Sign up at FedEx, UPS, or DHL. You are also responsible for return shipping.

All rentals have a 2 day minimum rental requirement. USA only. A rental agreement and contract must be signed prior to the rental. A security deposit is also required equal to the value of the items needed. Credit cards are welcomed.

Vesa mounts are not usually included. Frames hang on a Euro hook with supplied screw or sit on table stand. Please request Vesa mount if you need one for a reticulating arm display.

All rental frames have a 12 foot cord.

• Date and time of your event.
• Your contact information.
• Credit Card details.
• Email or fax number.

 

After you call and set up your rental we will send you the rental agreement and contract to sign. Please review the 3 page document, sign, and return it back to us.

If rental is lost or stolen you will be charged for all the missing items. So please keep an eye on your rental.
