Extended Warranty
Our frames come standard with a 1 year warranty. If you need more peace of mind, you can purchase an extended warranty in addition to the 1 year. Under the warranty period, all you do is pay for the cost of shipping during any parts failure. We'll take care of the additional parts and labor fees. You can view our standard warranty here. Image resizing service for digital photos
A Bigeframe™ can handle image sizes up to 5120 x 3840. Normally a small black border will be shown around most images. In order for images to be shown full screen without a border, they must be resized into a 1280 x 1024 pixel format or multiples of that.
If you don't feel like resizing your photos, please let us do it for you. Simply send us a memory card, CD, or DVD that contains your digital photos and we'll convert them into .jpg images that are the correct size for border less full screen viewing. Your original data will be sent back along with a CD that holds your newly formatted images. Portrait images will always show a border.

Photo scanning service
Do you have photo albums with a ton of pictures? Would you like them scanned and digitized so that they will play on your Digital frame?
If you have physical photos that you need scanned and digitized please send them to us. Bigeframe will scan each photo for just $.98 cents. We can also scan negatives and slides for the same price. Your original pictures will be sent back along with a DVD or CD that holds your new digital images.

Video conversion service
Our digital frames can play videos with sound. The video must be in MPEG format. Videos can make great presentations on a Bigeframe™. If you have a video on VHS or DVD that you would like converted into the MPEG standard, simply send it in and we'll be happy to convert it. Please keep in mind that 30 minutes of quality video will take up 1GB of space on your memory card. Your original video will be sent back along with a DVD that holds your newly formatted video.

PowerPoint to video conversion service
Our digital frames will not run PowerPoint directly. You will need to create separate images or a video of your presentation.
If your PowerPoint presentation is made of slides only, you can use PowerPoint to export the slides into .jpg images. Put the images onto a memory card then into a digital picture frame.
If your PowerPoint presentation contains animations and other timed effects, then you can preserve the presentation by changing it into a video.
Send us an email of your PowerPoint file and we'll send you a video file that can play on a bigeframe digital frame.
