Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:if you are not satisfied with your frame you may return it for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving frame. Please call or email first for diagnosis. This offer is only valid if the unit is returned in perfect like new condition within 5 days of delivery date. All returns up to 10 days after this period are subject to an 18% restocking fee. All sales are final after 15 days. Certain modifications fees, shipping costs, and accessories will not be refunded. These exceptions include engraved plaques, all shipping costs, and custom work. Please allow up to 3 weeks for a return check to be sent.
Example: If your purchase was for one digital picture frame at $499.00, and you returned it after the 5 day grace period and before the 15 day restocking period, you would get a return of $409.18. If your unit is returned in bad condition due to your neglect, no refund will be awarded. Please do not scratch the screens when repackaging. Place cords to the back of screen when boxing.
